Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you get your pallets?
Our pallet sales consist of truckloads from major retailers like Am@zon, T@rget, and others.
What should I expect on a liquidation pallet?
Liquidation pallets can contain customer returns, box damaged items, undeliverable packages and discontinued products. Categories can include anything the retailer sells.
Are the items new? What is the condition?
The condition of items could be brand new, slightly used, broken but repairable, broken good for parts only. There is NO guarantee of what ratio you will receive on a pallet.
Where are you and do you always have pallets available?
Our address is 1730 S Laura. We plan to bring in trucks every week and always have pallets available, Monday - Saturday.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, unless you have a valid Kansas Retailers Sales Tax Registration Certificate. We must have a copy on file to remove sales tax.
How much are pallets?
Pallet prices will be based on the cost of the truckloads we bring in. There will always be discounts for multiple pallets.
What types of payment do you accept?
We take cash and most all credit/debit cards.
Can you really make money?
We got our start by buying pallets and doing garage sales. We now have 75,000 sqft of warehouse and nearly 20 employees.
Do I need a truck?
No. You can load the items into a car and make multiple trips if you need to. You don't have to take the wooden pallet.
Are there risks with buying pallets?
Of course. Not every pallet is a homerun. Some are losers. Over time, reselling items from pallets can bring in extra income but it takes work and creativity. Just because an item isn't new doesn't mean it has no value. For instance, an used Roomba Vacuum can be cleaned up and sold as used. A non working Roomba can still be sold for parts. Just the charging port can sell for $25 to $100 on eBay.
Are there any guarantees?
No. All pallets are sold as-is without any guarantee of profit or functionality.
